Peer Review Process
JIBS implements a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure the integrity, objectivity, and quality of the research it publishes. In this process, both the authors and reviewers remain anonymous, which helps to minimize bias and enhance the quality of the review process. All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial screening by the editorial team to assess their relevance to the journal’s scope and scholarly standards. Manuscripts that pass this screening are then assigned to two or more independent expert reviewers.
The review process includes a thorough evaluation of the manuscript’s originality, methodology, contribution to the field, and adherence to ethical research standards. Reviewers provide constructive feedback and recommendations, which are communicated to the authors for revisions if necessary. The final decision on the acceptance of manuscripts is made by the editorial board, based on the reviewers' recommendations and the quality of the revised manuscript.
