Article Selection Process
JIBS implements a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to uphold the highest academic standards. Each manuscript undergoes:

- Expert Review: Two or more independent reviewers assess the manuscript’s methodological rigor, originality, and contribution to the field.
- Feedback and Revisions: Reviewers provide constructive feedback, and authors are invited to make necessary improvements.
- Final Decision: The editorial board makes the final decision on acceptance based on the reviewers’ recommendations and the quality of revisions.
Publication Frequency
JIBS is published quarterly (March, June, October, and December) and accepts submissions in English to ensure accessibility to an international audience.

JIBS is committed to open access, ensuring free and immediate access to all published articles. All content is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0). Submission Guidelines
- Format: Single-spaced on A4 paper, 12-15 pages (including references).
- References: Minimum 30 references, 80% from recent journal articles (last 5 years) and 20% from books (last 10 years), with active DOIs.
- Reference Management: Use software such as Mendeley or Zotero.
- Language: Articles must be written in English.
Article Structure
- Title: Maximum 12 words.
- Authors: Full names without academic titles, including affiliations and email addresses.
- Abstract: 130-150 words summarizing research background, methodology, and key findings.
- Keywords: 3-5 keywords or phrases, separated by semicolons.
- Main Sections:
- Introduction
- Literature Review and Hypotheses (if applicable)
- Research Methodology
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusion and Implications
- References: Alphabetically arranged with complete citation details.
Ethics and Declaration
Authors must adhere to ethical publishing standards and submit an Author Declaration Form covering ethics, plagiarism, conflict of interest, and copyright compliance. The maximum acceptable similarity index is 20%, excluding bibliographic data.
Repository Deposit Policy
JIBS encourages authors to deposit manuscripts in institutional or other repositories:
- Accepted Manuscripts: May be deposited without restrictions.
- Published Articles: May be deposited after publication.
- Submitted Versions: Depositing accepted or published versions is recommended for broader dissemination.
